Nicola is the founder and director of Kidzrus Nursery Group, a group of five private day nurseries based in Salford,
passionate about making a difference to all children. Its motto is ‘Every Child, Every Chance’ and that’s what it aims to do. It is extremely keen to provide opportunities and experiences to less advantaged children, and supports diversity, equality and inclusion, and makes a difference especially to children in Salford.
