Morgan is a chartered surveyor and partner in the education team at Gerald Eve, with expertise in independent schools, special schools and nurseries.

She advises on valuations, investor due diligence and agency work. She has advised on several landmark deals, including sale and leasebacks and ground rents deals, and the advice provided was crucial in determining the sustainability of the rents in the context of the trading performance of each asset and thus the pricing. She has also been involved in either the sell side or buy side of various independent school transactions for acquisitive groups or their lenders.
