John has worked for large groups of nurseries at director level and has experience of every aspect of the early years, from being a nursery practitioner, to running teams of 200 staff, acquiring nurseries and transformation projects. In addition to his nursery roles, John has been an Ofsted inspector and is now a director of the Toddletown nursery group and the newly formed Toddleworld franchise. John has been voted one of the top 10 most influential people in childcare by Nursery Management Today.
