Deena is responsible for the quality of care and education of the UK portfolio of Busy Bees nurseries and leads a team of quality advisors. She is the company’s safeguarding lead, monitoring safeguarding culture and practice across the UK group and leading serious incidents. She joined Busy Bees in 2007 and has worked in several roles including centre director and quality advisor. Deena is also currently obtaining her postgraduate certificate in safeguarding at the University of Worcester.
