Claire Sephton is chief operations officer for The Old Station Nursery Group, leading the operations teams
and heading up a team of area managers, as well as the quality and facilities teams, across 71 sites.

Claire has worked in the early years sector for 24 years, working her entire career consistently in private day care for both large and small groups.

Claire qualified as a National Nursery Examination Board nursery nurse and holds a degree in early years from Kingston University.
