Clare is the founder and chief executive of Kids Planet, which she founded in 2008, to provide nursery care across the Northwest, Yorkshire and the Midlands. The company has 131 settings responsible for the care of more than 10,000 children and employs over 3,000 staff. In 2018, Kids Planet launched its own training academy and provides apprenticeships through to master’s, recently achieving matrix standard accreditation.
