Cheryl has almost 30 years’ experience within the childcare sector. On completion of the National Nursery Examination Board, Cheryl’s career has seen her work as a nanny, family support, local authority advisor, trainer, assessor, lecturer and quality inspector. Cheryl is now an early years consultant and trainer with her own company, Aperion Training, with a passion and specialism for neurodiversity in early years, supporting settings to become autism environment champions. Her work includes regular invitations to deliver seminars and training at key sector events and conferences, as well as delivering webinars that have been watched worldwide.
